Common questions about pay
What does it cost?
During the pilot, commission only: a share of the cash collected on the calls we take. No retainer and no setup fee.
Why isn’t the rate on this page?
Because a $3k offer and a $15k offer are different jobs. We’d rather look at your offer first and give you a clear, written number than publish one that doesn’t fit.
How long is the pilot?
30 days from the first call. If we’ve held fewer than 25 calls by then, it extends to 45 days so there’s enough to judge.
What counts as cash collected?
Cash collected on the calls we take, as shown in your own checkout. Read-only payment access is set up before we go live.
How is billing handled?
A weekly invoice, paid by ACH or card on file within 7 days.
Why commission only?
Hiring a closer usually means a base, a ramp-up and your time spent managing. With the pilot, we carry that risk: we do the onboarding, calls, follow-up and reporting, and we’re paid only on cash that lands in your checkout.
What happens after the pilot?
We review the numbers together and decide whether, and how, to continue.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Nobody can honestly promise a close rate. What we commit to is the work: our written standards, a report every Monday, and billing only on cash actually collected.
